The Breezair concept is based on passing a constant, even flow of outdoor air over wet pads to cool and humidify the air, which is then delivered into the space.
As the outside temperature rises, cooling capacity increases.
As an open ventilation system, a constant flow of 100% fresh air is drawn into the building and then expelled. Odours, germs and airborne contaminants are removed and not recirculated around the building.
An automatic drain valve keeps the system clean and is pre-programmed to automatically drain stale water from the reservoir and replace it with fresh. When the system is not in use, the valve will automatically empty the water reservoir. At the same time, a seal closes the air-conditioning ducts to prevent dust and odours entering the building, minimising heat loss and preventing cold draughts.
A wall-mounted climate controller can control an individual Breezair unit using the remote sensors supplied or linked to a building-management system.
