Heat recovery for the air-cooled R407C range from 40 to 200 hp optimises cooling and heat-recovery captions. An additional heat-recovery exchanger in series with the air -cooled condenser recovers heat that would otherwise be rejected to atmosphere and uses it for heating water up to 60°C.
The use of inverter fans enables stepless condensing-pressure control to ensure stable operation under all conditions.
This approach to heat recovery accurately controls the hot-water temperature. Changeover between cooling and heat recovery is automatic.
Extending the heat-recovery potential of screw chillers is useful in large hotel projects.
