Service valve controls water flow
Published:  November 2004

These combined service valves and flow regulators often achieve water savings of 25%.

A combined service valve and flow regulator from Aquaflow prevents taps nearest the supply receiving more water than they need and delivers a good service to all users on a pipe run. Water savings of 25% are often achieved.

These regulators are available with preset maximum flow rates from 4 to 18 litres a minute. They come in 15 and 22 mm sizes and include a ball valve.

When the ball valve is in the off position, the regulator can be withdrawn for flushing the system or changing the regulator without breaking pipework or draining the system.
