The electrical installation, by Goodmarriott & Hursthouse, involves twin tracks of dual-circuit 40 A Electrak busbar in the ceiling void, which is some 17 m high. One track will be used to power lighting and emergency lighting and the other for general power. The second track will also power destratification fans to help maintain an even temperature for good in all areas.
63 A busbar is installed in the office areas of the extension. There is 117 m of track serving 76 floor boxed.
