The Famoso 1000 RF radio-frequency thermostat is said to have found wide acceptance among OEMs in the UK, and the recently introduced Famoso 601 RF mechanical RF timer/thermostat has been selected by a major UK OEM as a control option companion for its latest condensing boiler. Experience is said to show that specifiers and installers follow the leads of OEMs.
