Balfour Kilpatrick wins retail contract in Scotland

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a £2.3 million M&E services contract for a shopping centre in Dunfermline. This retail project is an extension to the existing Kingsgate shopping centre. It includes a new flagship Debenhams store and a new 3-storey car park.
Balfour Kilpatrick is due to start work on site in October 2007.
