A Mitsubishi City Multi VRF system was chosen for its flexibility. It can be installed in separate stages, fitting in well with plans to extend the building to include a new court house. The building is currently used for office and storage space.
The system is being installed in the 2-storey building to provide simultaneous heating and cooling. Individual areas can be controlled locally by staff working there.
The contract was awarded to Weatherite by Mansell Construction Services.
