At 150 m high, this glass-clad tower will be 30 m higher than the Barbican in central London. A futuristic glass-blade feature increases the overall height to 171 m.
Crane Fluid Systems is supplying many hundreds of balancing and isolation valves for the plant rooms and chilled-water and heating systems.
The tower will comprise a 285-bed Hilton Hotel taking up 23 floors. There will also be 219 apartments, including 16 penthouses, with views across Greater Manchester and as far away as Snowdonia, Blackpool and Liverpool.
