This system has been tested to DIN specifications and designed to comply with BS, ASTM and EN requirements. It provides total containment and fire protection for data cabling and low-voltage wiring.
Used with Cablofil welded-steel tray, EZ-Path enables new cables to be added or existing wiring removed without the need for additional fire stopping and without compromising fire safety or building security.
EZ-Path can be installed quickly and easily. It comprises 76 mm square-section galvanised-steel trunking for installing through conventional fire-rated floors, interior partitions or structural walls. The trunking is lined with fire-stopping inert material which expands in a fire to form a high-integrity barrier with a 4-hour certified fire rating against heat, smoke and fumes.
