The boiler room in this new building has two gas-fired condensing boilers, twin-head circulating pumps and distribution pipework.
The circuits incorporate Oventrop double-regulating valves, commissioning sets and isolating valves. Traditional radiators and spiral-gilled heaters, all controlled with Oventrop TRV/lockshield combinations, are strategically located throughout the building. The gilled heaters in the animal quarters are located behind stainless-steel panels for safety.
The new building includes kennels, a cattery and surgery. Six aviaries were scattered around the site, and these have been concentrated into two new aviary suites.
