Portsmouth care trust teams up with Keston Boilers

As part of efforts to reduce fuel bills by Portsmouth City Teaching Primary Care Trust Estates & Facilities Services, Keston Boilers is supplying equipment for heating and hot-water requirements. The scope of projects includes special-needs care home, day hospitals and health centres. The most recent installation is a 5-boiler prefabricated rig with controls to interface with the trust’s linked building-management system. Other Keston units specified by the trust include a large Duet system with an output of 55 kW. It comprises a C55 commercial condensing boiler and a hot-water storage tank. All Keston’s commercial and domestic condensing boilers are SEDBUK A rated. A distinctive small-diameter muPVC flue pipe increases flexibility and simplifies installation. |
