To help building proprietors and managers comply with legislation on the energy performance of buildings and carbon-dioxide emissions, Andrews Water heaters is continuing its development of condensing technology.

Maxxflo condensing storage water heaters can generate up to 80% of the tank volume in condensing mode, producing a net efficiency of 109%. They are available in eight sizes from 30 to 120 kW with tanks of 200 and 300 l.

These stainless-steel water heaters are produced in line with the demands of the new Part L2 of the Building Regulations.
